Armfield to provide quality services to its clients.    Legal services are provided to government, corporate, commercial and individual clients.       The firm offers Probate, Recovery, Criminal Expungements and Fiduciary services.  We also assist with Fidelity and Surety bond issues.  We are well versed with most contract and commercial surety instruments.  In addition, the firm’s experience with fidelity bonds enables it to assist with all types of bonding vehicles.  We review bond disputes, ascertain appropriate bond defenses and make recommendations regarding claim coverage disputes.       Fiduciary services are provided to service the needs of beneficiaries, ensure the safeguarding and disposition of assets and process transactions.  A full range of Probate services are available, including, but not limited to Estate Planning, Health Care Directives, Financial Management, Guardianships and Wills.  The firm also provides Recovery, Business Formation and Succession Planning assistance.  All disputes are resolved through mediation, arbitration and litigation.       The Armfield Law Firm is committed to helping others.  A significant amount of services are donated to pro bono and volunteer efforts.  Ongoing assistance is provided to the Homeless Persons Representation Project, Inc., Legal Counsel for the Elderly and the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono program.  In 2013, the firm was able to obtain a remand of a challenging case adjudicated in the U. S Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.       In a commitment to diversity, the firm operates several listservs which disseminate educational, employment and professional development information to lawyers of diverse backgrounds.  There is no fee for participation in the listservs.  Currently, there are 1,400 members.       Principal Sonya N.
